Here you will find evidence-based teaching resources about food, healthy eating, food skill development, food safety, food relationships and food environments for children and youth aged 4 to 18 years.
The resources have been developed by university nutrition professors and students, K-12 teachers, and community-based educators. They are organized by age group and topic. The resources are in the form of lesson plans. Links to additional resources from other organizations are also provided. Just click on the age group you are interested in to get started!
