The DETS curriculum includes K-12 units with lessons that are designed to enhance the understanding and appreciation of the problems of diabetes in Indigenous communities in the US.

Nutrition curricula for K-9 - lesson plan topics include 'Breaking the Fast', 'Meal Planning', 'Athletic Eating' and 'Quick Thinking in the Fast Food Line'. Also contains manuals and toolkits, including 'Sugar Shocker'.
